🇪🇺 “Caementum” is an artistic project that explores the challenges of urbanization, the division between public and private space, the role of the individual and urban sociology. The project culminates in a collective exhibition presenting to the public the documentary films by Diona Kusari and Vesa Shahini, two young filmmakers from Kosovo, as well as works of visual artist from Tirana, Idlir Koka. By fostering artistic exchange, travel, and dialogue, this exhibition weaves together and reflects upon the intertwined realities of Kosovo and Albania. Caementum, the Latin form of cement, does not appear simply as a physical binding material, but as a forger and interface of social and aesthetic landscapes.

🇦🇱 “Caementum” është një projekt artistik që eksploron sfidat e urbanizimit, ndarjen midis hapësirës publike dhe asaj private, rolin e individit dhe sociologjinë urbane. Projekti kulmon me një ekspozitë kolektive ku do të paraqiten për publikun filmat dokumentarë nga Diona Kusari dhe Vesa Shahini, dy regjisore të reja nga Kosova, si dhe veprat e artistit vizual nga Tirana, Idlir Koka. Duke nxitur shkëmbimin artistik, udhëtimin dhe dialogun, kjo ekspozitë ndërthur dhe reflekton mbi realitetet e ndërsjella në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri. Caementum, trajta latinisht e çimentos, nuk vjen i theksuar thjesht si një material fizik lidhës, por si një farkëtues dhe ndërfaqës peizazesh sociale dhe estetike.
