Vlora Art Meeting is a gathering for the independent art and culture organizations of Albania, bringing the scene together in a seminal event.

The first edition was organized by Galeria e Bregdetit in 2024, in the context of the ArtNexus Programme, and was the platform from which AVAN was born. From then Vlora Art Meeting (VAM) aims to be a yearly closed meeting, an invaluable tool for establishing the new priorities of the Network for each coming year; and an opportunity to network and plant seeds of collaboration between the various stakeholders of the Albanian contemporary art scene, and beyond.
